This apartment was the best where we stayed in our 19 days around Paris and Italy, and we went to 6 different places. The host was very kind and let us check in early. The apartment is renovated and beautiful. Everything was very clean. The location is great and let us walk to all the most important places in Florence. Book with confidence, the place is great. And don’t forget to go up to the terrace, we had dinner there watching the sunset and it is beautiful. You can even see a little of the duomo from the side. Thank you for a great stay!

I can't express enough how thrilled we were with this apartment. It was huge - easily fitting four adults and two children, with a living space for us to relax while the kids were asleep. The location was absolutely perfect: close enough to walk to all of the major cultural sites but in the middle of a residential neighborhood. We wanted to spend our stay living like Florentines, and we did exactly that. For how close we were to everything, we often felt like the only tourists in cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a more authentic experience in Florence.

We stayed at Sylvia's on our first visit to Florence. The location is great an easy walk to the Uffizi, which is definitely worth visiting. ( Pre book and avoid most of the queues. A multi entrance ticket to include the Pitti Palace is good value) Sylvia apartment was a great fit for us, a family of 5 adults. All 3 shower rooms were clean and modern with excellent showers. WiFi was reliable. Sylvia answered questions ahead of our stay promptly, and made good recommendations of places to eat. We hope to visit again soon.

We really liked Silvia's. With the shutters closed, it is quiet at night, the aircon is effective and virtually silent, shops and wonderful S. Ambrogio market nearby, comfortable beds, lovely crisp sheets, great lighting, fast wifi. When I made a silly mistake about the street number, Silvia came in person to guide us in. It is 1.9 km from the station but the #2, 3 and 14 buses stop on the doorstep or at the nearest corner. San Croce and the Bargello are close by. The Duomo and other main attractions are a short walk further. Great place to relax after the crowds of Florence.
